At BabyZone, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out — and we’re here to help.
🗓️ Return Window
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
✅ Return Eligibility
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Product tags, manuals, and accessories must be intact.
- A valid reason must be provided (wrong product, damaged item, etc.)
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Feeding bottles, pacifiers, breast pumps
- Diapers and wipes
- Undergarments, socks, or innerwear
- Clearance sale items
📦 Return Process
- Initiate request via Return Portal or email: returns@babyzone.in
- Our team will verify your request within 48 hours
- If approved, our courier partner will arrange pickup
- You will receive email/SMS updates throughout
💸 Refund Policy
- Refunds processed within 5–7 working days after inspection.
- Credited to the original payment method.
- If opted for store credit/gift card, issued within 48 hours.
