Return & Refund Policy – BabyZone

At BabyZone, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out — and we’re here to help.

🗓️ Return Window

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

✅ Return Eligibility

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Product tags, manuals, and accessories must be intact.
  • A valid reason must be provided (wrong product, damaged item, etc.)

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Feeding bottles, pacifiers, breast pumps
  • Diapers and wipes
  • Undergarments, socks, or innerwear
  • Clearance sale items

📦 Return Process

  1. Initiate request via Return Portal or email: returns@babyzone.in
  2. Our team will verify your request within 48 hours
  3. If approved, our courier partner will arrange pickup
  4. You will receive email/SMS updates throughout

💸 Refund Policy

  • Refunds processed within 5–7 working days after inspection.
  • Credited to the original payment method.
  • If opted for store credit/gift card, issued within 48 hours.
