Our 2-Day Return & Exchange Window

You have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Important: We cannot accept items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving approval for a return.

Conditions for a Return

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • With all original tags attached.

  • In its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 2 days so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

What Cannot Be Returned?

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale items and gift cards.

  • Custom or personalized products.

  • Perishable goods and personal care items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support team. Once the cancellation request is confirmed, we will process it promptly and issue a refund, if applicable, to your original payment method. Please note that cancellation requests made after 48 hours may not be accepted, as your order may already be in processing or shipped.
